Embarking on a family portrait session is a heartwarming and invaluable investment in capturing the essence of your loved ones and the unique bonds that tie you together. Portrait sessions accommodate individuals, couples, children, first birthday portraits or families. These sessions can be at an outdoor location or in studio. Below is a quick outline of what to expect out of your session.
WHEN TO SCHEDULE:
We try to schedule to take advantage of the best times of the day. For this reason, most sessions will be scheduled around 1-2 hours before sunset for the best lighting. Studio sessions can take place anytime during studio hours.
WHAT DO WE WEAR?
Wear something you are comfortable in. Coordinating colors (not matching) are best. Steer clear of bright colors, logos, and loud patterns.

HOW MANY LOCATIONS DO WE GET AND WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?
That depends on where we are. If we are close to other locations then that is great! The location is mostly up to you! Or if you have no clue then I will give you options. Maybe you want more urban with cool rustic buildings and brick walls or park like setting – it’s up to you!
STUDIO SESSIONS
Studio sessions are perfect during those times of the year where weather can be unpredictable or too hot or too cold to be comfortable outdoors. We will work together to coordinate clothing and backdrop choices to create the best portraits for you.
